Dr Emma passed her maturity exam at the American Middletown High School. In 2001 she graduated from the Medical Academy of Warsaw and five years later defended her PhD at the Medical Academy of Lublin. In 2004 she started her specialization in orthodontics. She has participated in many specialist courses in orthodontics. Dr Emma has co-authored ten medical papers and many publications concerned with the role of radiographic diagnosis in dentistry and orthodontics. She has translated a number of chapters for the book on Dental Radiology by prof. T.K. Różyło.
